HMAA is pleased to introduce HMAA Online for Providers, a new service available to all of our Participating Provider practices.

You can view your patients’ information over the internet safely and with confidence. All transactions and data are encrypted to safeguard you and your patients’ information. HMAA’s own systems are protected by firewalls and other devices to prevent unauthorized access.

Letters were mailed announcing this new service to all of our participating providers. Only one letter per Tax Identification Number (TIN) was sent. If you did not receive a letter and are interested in using this service, please complete, sign, and return a Privacy, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement and Registration Form. You may fax the completed form to our Provider Relations Department at (808) 535-8391 or e-mail it to Provider Relations.

Upon receipt of the registration form, you will receive a confirmation letter that will include your login password and an HMAA Online for Providers Quick Start Guide.
