Option Plus One Health Plan (OP1) Option Plus One (OP1) is HMAA's most popular medical plan. Since 1990 HMAA has included benefits that help attract and retain employees: Chiropractic Benefit, Acupuncture Benefit, Naturopathic Benefit, Wellness Program, Employee Assistance Program, $20,000 Basic Life Insurance, and $20,000 AD&D Insurance.

Option Plus Two Health Plan (OP2) Option Plus 2 (OP2) is most comparable to Hawaii's largest Preferred Provider Plan (PPP), with added benefits that include: Chiropractic Benefit, Acupuncture Benefit, Naturopathic Benefit, Wellness Program, Employee Assistance Program, $20,000 Basic Life Insurance, and $20,000 AD&D Insurance.

Comprehensive Plus Health Plan Comprehensive Plus is a lower-cost alternative to our OP1 and OP2 medical plans. This plan offers fixed copayments for office visits and minimal copayments for preventive benefits. In addition, Comprehensive Plus includes Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Wellness Program, and Employee Assistance Program Benefits.

Comprehensive Basic Health Plan Comprehensive Basic is HMAA’s lowest-priced plan. Like Comprehensive Plus, this plan offers fixed copayments for office visits and minimal copayments for preventive benefits, as well as Employee Assistance Program and Wellness Benefits. This plan is perfect for the business owner seeking affordable health insurance premiums without sacrificing quality.
