Our Maternity Management Programs are designed to help you before, during, and after pregnancy, and can boost your chances of having a healthy pregnancy and baby.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The primary goals of the Employee Assistance Program are to help employees live healthier, more fulfilling lives and to strengthen their health and productivity in the workplace. It is designed to assist employees with personal or family problems (such as substance abuse, parenting problems, or financial pressures) and work-related issues (such as problems interacting with co-workers). Our medical plan benefits include up to 6 fully-covered visits per calendar year for employees. The services available include:

  • Employee counseling with trained professionals
  • Supervisor consultations to discuss options for addressing employee productivity issues
  • Group educational or counseling sessions for companies or employee teams regarding workplace violence, illnesses, transitions, or performance issues
  • Orientations to learn more about the program and its accessibility

Department of Health Tobacco Prevention & Education Program

A resource addressing tobacco control in Hawaii that focuses on prevention, education, and reducing diseases and disability caused by tobacco use. For more information on their smoking cessation programs, call 586-4613.

Wellness & Lifestyle Medicine Center

Offers inspiration and tools to build a healthy , mind and spirit. Their team of health professionals has expertise in tobacco treatment, nutrition, weight management, diabetes self-management and education, fitness, and stress management. An array of healthy lifestyle programs and services, including massage, are offered to the general public. Some programs are free, while others are covered by insurance or may require a fee.
