As the situation with COVID-19 continues to change, we want to assure you that HMAA has your best interest at heart. We are committed to supporting the health of our members and continuing to serve you.

  • We’ve taken steps to keep employees healthy and on the job. Many of our team members are working remotely, and our Customer Service Center is still available by phone, in-person, or online.
  • We know many of our clients will have questions about their policies and payments. Please reach out to us.
  • We have processes in place to ensure business resiliency and to continue claims processing without delays. We continue to monitor the situation closely and refer to the CDC and Federal and State agencies for guidance.
  • Although we encourage our clients and members to practice safe distancing, until further notice our office remains open for walk-in servicing.
