HMAA does not automatically mail federal Form 1095-B to HMAA subscribers. According to the IRS, there is no longer a penalty if you do not have a full year of health care coverage, and Form 1095-B is not required for you to file your federal tax return.
If you would like to receive Form 1095-B for your own records, you may request one as follows.
Within 14 days of your request, HMAA will mail Form 1095-B to you, or you may ask to receive it by secure email.
