One free breast pump (excludes tax) from a participating provider or pharmacy is available per pregnancy for expectant mothers covered by an HMAA medical plan, regardless of participation in Baby & Me.

You may also purchase a breast pump from an out-of-network provider and submit a reimbursement request of up to $357 to HMAA’s Customer Service Center. Please include a copy of your receipt and allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
If you are on the mainland, please submit your request through one of Cigna’s providers. Provider listings are subject to change. Please confirm eligibility with your selected vendor.
